From the time you first speak to us to the time your child returns home it’s our job to look after your child and make sure they have a safe, enjoyable and rewarding experience. We take care of everything, so there’s no need to worry.
Child Welfare: We consider the welfare of each and every child as paramount and we need your assistance to ensure the safety and security of your child throughout their stay with us. Please ensure you provide us with all the relevant medical, dietary, emergency contact and travel information for your child at least 1 month prior to their arrival. We will have a dedicated Child Welfare team on site 24hrs a day to cater for the needs of all children.
Room Sharing: We always try to accommodate room share requests where possible. All room share requests are subject to room availability. If your child is not coming with a friend we will always try to put them in a room with other children of the same age.
What to Bring: You can find a list of what we suggest your child brings with them here.
Travel Insurance: Once you have paid your deposit and booked your place, your child is covered on our travel insurance policy. For more information please click here
Visas: If your child needs a visa to visit the UK we can issue a visa application support letter, once you have paid the deposit. Please complete the relevant section on the booking system. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have given yourself enough time for the visa application process. For further information, please look at our booking terms and conditions.
Parent/Visitor Access: The safety and wellbeing of all children on our camps is of paramount importance to us. We therefore restrict visitor access to Wednesday morning from 10.00 – 11.30. This will allow the children to settle into the residential lifestyle and maintain their safety and security.
Course Regulations: For the safety and security of all the children and staff at our camp we recommend that you ensure your child is familiar with the course regulations which can be found here. If your child continues to break these rules, they will be required to return home at your expense. No refunds will be given.
Important Note: All courses, activities, venues and travel arrangements are subject to change according to weather, programming requirements and a satisfactory level of numbers.
