Pogba félicité par Sir Alex

Paul Pogba a fait ses grands débuts tant attendus en Barclays Premier League mardi soir, avant d'être chaleureusement salué par son manager.

Le jeune milieu de terrain français a remplacé Javier Hernandez à la 73e minute de la victoire 2-0 des Reds Devils à Old Trafford. Pogba honorait là son quatrième match avec l'équipe pro, après trois sorties en Carling Cup.

Auteur de plusieurs mouvements très intéressants autour de la surface, il a notamment tenté sa chance sur un service de Ji-sung Park, même si Andy Wilkinson bloquait le tir de l'ancien joueur du Havre, qui aurait pu fêter son premier match en Championnat avec un but de rêve.

Après la rencontre, Sir Alex a déclaré : "C'est un bon joueur, ce garçon. Il est très athlétique et possède une carrure impressionnante pour son âge. Il a seulement 18 ans : c'est un garçon prometteur."
